By creating an account or using Mímir ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mímir is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach assistant. It surfaces signals from publicly available sources, scores potential leads, and helps draft personalised outreach. Mímir does not guarantee any specific business outcome, conversion rate, or revenue.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.
Violate any applicable law including POPIA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or local marketing regulations.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Misrepresent yourself or your business when contacting leads generated by Mímir.

5. AI-Generated Content

Outreach drafts, lead scores, and signals are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI output before sending or acting on it.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Mímir, including its name, branding, code, and content, is owned by its creators. You retain ownership of content you input. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mímir and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for misuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
