Terms of Service

Mímir Oracle is an AI-powered business intelligence and sales intelligence software platform operated by MNS ("MNS", "Mímir Oracle", "we", "us"). The service provides subscription access to software tools for company research, business verification, AI-generated business insights, sales prioritisation, and AI-assisted drafting of business communications. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

A subscription to Mímir Oracle grants you access to software functionality and AI processing capacity, measured in credits. Credits pay for AI work performed on your instruction — company analysis passes, business verification checks, AI communication drafts, and business intelligence reports.

• You do not purchase business opportunities, guaranteed customers, guaranteed revenue, or income.
• You do not purchase pre-built contact lists, marketing databases, or personal data.
• You do not purchase automated outbound messaging — Mímir Oracle does not transmit communications on your behalf.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all orders and is responsible for order processing, payment collection, invoicing, tax handling, chargebacks, and returns. Polar provides customer service for payment-related inquiries. Payment terms, billing, tax handling, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Polar's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

• Billing cycle: paid plans (Professional, Enterprise) bill monthly in advance in South African Rand (ZAR). Credit packs are one-time purchases.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the same plan, unless cancelled before renewal.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or via the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; access continues until then.
• Price changes: we may change prices for future billing periods. Any change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing your subscription after that constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Refunds: handled under our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee, processed by Polar).
• Taxes: Polar calculates, collects, and remits VAT / sales tax as required in your region.

Mímir Oracle is intended for legitimate business use — company research, customer relationship management, account planning, sales research, and business intelligence. You agree not to use the service for:

• Unsolicited mass marketing, spam, or harassment of any individual or organisation.
• Data brokerage, resale, or redistribution of research outputs.
• Collection or targeting of private personal data outside legitimate business contexts.
• Investment schemes, employment schemes, "income opportunity" promotions, or fraud.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws — including POPIA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and platform terms of service — when contacting any organisation or individual.

Mímir Oracle's research is drawn from publicly available business information — company websites, public business directories, publicly available company announcements, and public business profiles. Information may be outdated or inaccurate; see our Research Disclaimer.

Credits represent prepaid capacity for AI processing performed on your instruction. Credits have no monetary value outside the service, cannot be transferred between accounts, and unused monthly-allowance credits expire at the end of the following billing cycle.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including outcomes from communications you choose to send.

MNS retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Mímir Oracle service, including all software, models, prompts, documentation, branding, and outputs generated by the service (other than inputs you provide). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own internal business operations while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the service to train competing models.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our acceptable-use rules. On termination, you may export your data from Settings for 30 days before it is deleted.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
