Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Mímir. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — for both subscription plans (Commander, Warlord) and one-time credit packs.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Polar, who is the Merchant of Record for all Mímir purchases. To request a refund:

• Open the Polar customer portal from Settings → Billing and request a refund for your order, or
• Email us at hello@mimiroracle.com with your order details and we'll help.

After the 14-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period; you will not be charged again after that. Unused credits from monthly allowances do not carry over indefinitely and expire at the end of the following billing cycle.

Because credits pay for AI compute we've already performed on your behalf, credits that have already been spent on research lookups, outreach drafts, verifications, or intel reports are non-refundable. Unused credits from a pack purchased within the 14-day window are refundable.
